Macroscopic Analysis: liquefaction - liquefied after 60 mins; ph - 8.0; apperance - homogenous, gray-opalescent; viscosity - viscous; debris - none.
Microscopic analysis: volume - .9 ml; spern concentration - 108 × 10(6)/ml; total sperm count - 97.2 × 10(6)/ejaculate; total motility (pr + np) - 48%; total motile count - 46.66 × 10(6); progrressive motility (pr) - 40%; non-progressive (np) - 8%; immotile - 52%; sperm vitality - 61%; agglutination - 0-1 /hpf; white blood cells - .6 × 10(6)/ml; normal forms - 7%; abnormal forms - 93% = tapered head, amorphous head, pyriform, torticollis, macrocephalic, residual cytoplams, coiled tail, microcephalic, short tail, pin head, no tail
