Hello,
In the current scenario, the possibilities are that she may have had an abortion or the abortion could be incomplete due to insufficient dosage since she vomited after intake of the medication. The ideal thing to do is to see a specialist for assessment of the situation. Of course, the doctor will be able to detect a pregnancy and also a recent abortion. It is always safe to confide everything and not to hold back secrets from a doctor since it can cause permanent damage. A doctor maintains secrecy of the patient's illness. Hope this helps.
