Hello dear,
Your test result is normal except lipid rofile.
Normal cholesterol - Normal LDL-
So your LDL is elevated, taht is bad cholesterol.

There are so many causes for cardiac arrest and stroke.
It can pass genetically.
So please take following advice.

1. Avoid fatty and oily food mainly fast foods.
2. Take small meals instead of large heavy meal.
3. Check Your blood pressor regularly every 2-4 months.
4. Avoid to much salt and spice in your food.
5. Most important daily 45-60 minutes regular exercise in the morning that help in boost up your metabolism and your lipid profile should become normal.
6. Take green leafy vegetables, fruits regularly
7. Do not avoid chest pain, headache, tingling sensation in hand
8. Do regular checking of blood glucose level
9. Maintain your weight

All this may help you in prevent complication in future.

Take care. stay healthy.
