Can A Fetus Contract Leukemia If Mother Has Undergone Chemo For Breast Cancer?

Hi my 19 month old has low iron it 8.9 he has a bother that was diagnosed with leukemia (ALL) on April 2012 and I breast cancer stage 3 in 2009 I was pregnant with a 19 month old so he reseve 3 chemo in my belly should I be concerned of him getting leukemia ?
