Can A Girl Get Pregnant From Pre Cum?

Hi my girlfriend is late on her period by a couple of days and we always use protection. We sometimes go without it for a little bit then use protection. I was wondering if pre cum can get you preganate. Im only 17 so im really scarred. She is also having cramps and her nipples are hurting.
