Can A Growth Which Looks Like Blackhead Be Cancer ?

i have this black thing on my upper chest . and it kinda looks like a black head . but it wont pop.i have had it for years. its the size of a blak head . should i get it checked out . can it be cancer .

dont worry about cancer .
there is no chance of cancer .
its normal black heads only,nothing else.
if u want to remove this u need to consult dermatologist.
after taking and applying medicine u will be ok
dont squeeze it,it will leave marks.
