Stomach is extremely swollen. Appears that the flesh is polished it is so tight. Two weeks ago he was complaining about not seeing well out of his right eye. He does consume some alcohol. In a very high stress- high pressure job.

Hello
It seems from the history that he is having difficulties in vision and he is doing a high pressure job.
The job may not affect the vision but consumption of alcohol and problems associated with overweight can lead to problems in the eye.
Hence alcohol can directly affect the eyes but obesity and stress can affect the eye indirectly.

Thank you
