Can A Hydrocele Be Drained At Home Safely?

Can I drain a hydrocele myself? I have no medical insurance and don t have a ton of money laying around to pay huge medical bills for surgery.If there s something I can do myself to drain the fluid as a temporary relief, that s what I would prefer. Please let me know. Thank you.
