Can A Knee Injury Cause Diarrhea And Nausea?

I got a knee to my head just above temple the other night playing gaelic football. I was dazed and taken off. An hour or two later i had diarrhea and nausia. Would this have been cause? It could not have been food related. Now i have a tender spot where knee hit and still a sore/ stiff jaw?! Thanks
