Can A Loose Tooth Cause Eye Weakness?

I have a loose tooth (molar) in the lower left jaw and is mildly painful. The corresponding tooth in the upper jaw was extracted about 20 years back. I use OraMD to brush my teeth. My left eye is weaker than the right. Can the loose tooth be causing the weakness in my left eye? Should my loose teeth be dextracted to correct my weakness in the left eye??

Ophthalmologist 's  Response
Hello
Welcome to health care magic.
I reviewed your history.
Loose teeth is not associated with dimunition of vision or weakness of eye.
It is general mid belief that tooth and eye sight are related to each other. But in reality these two are not related.
Hence you require to undergo eye examination and vision testing to find out the underlying cause for diminution of vision in eye and its treatment accordingly.
Hence I advice you to consult your ophthalmologist for examination and treatment accordingly.

Thank you
