Hello
Welcome to Health care Magic.

I reviewed your history.
It seems from the history that you are having headache followed by a lower back injury.
Injury to the spinal cord in the lower back can cause headache. Hence this requires evaluation by radiological tests like CT scan to find out the underlying cause and treatment accordingly.

Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.

Hope this is helpful to you.
Do write back to me for further questions.

Thank you
