Can A Miscarriage Come Out Through Stool?

Can a miscarriage come out through poop? I am two weeks late and I have not gone to the clinic yet but I squeezed my boob and milk came out. But today I pooped and it was like one imparticular that was bloody and did not look like the rest. Not that I was looking but it was sitting politely on top and it hurt like hell please help me cause now I'm having bad cramps
