Can A One-off Session Of Hookah Cause Serious Health Issues?

I tried one session of Hookah. I then performed research afterward and thought that minimal pleasure wasn't worth the chemicals, and I never want to smoke again. Will I develop any serious, noticable, or long term health issues from that one session of 10-20 puffs?

unlikely. There is an increased pressure on the lungs because people tend to suck harder with it than they do for a cigarrette, so collapsed lung is more common but is still very rare.
