Dear
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns
I went through your details. I suggest you not to worry much. I suggest you do not diagnose self.
Panic attack in clinical terms comes to people who are having
anxiety disorder. You just had some symptoms of fear induced panic.
When you go through lonely path and suddenly you hear a sound, naturally heart pounds, sweats, goosebumps raise etc. This is not panic attack. This is body's natural mechanism to make you alert either to fight or run. Called "Flight or fight syndrome".
You had this before and out of fear of some physical problem you went to cardiologist. Fine. Now you should forget the incident altogether. Ignore the past. Also ask yourself why when woke to use the bathroom, you had these symptoms?
If you require more of my help in this aspect, Please post a direct question to me in this website. Make sure that you include every minute details possible. I shall prescribe some
psychotherapy techniques which should help you cure your condition further.
Hope this answers your query. Available for further clarifications.
Good luck.
