Hi I m a girl of 20 yrs Request you to assume a condition and give me an accurate answer as I m confused... My Frnd had sex vd her husband juz after 1st week of her periods the date of her menses is nov 19th as she had sex in right time she got her menses on dec 16th is it possible to get menses after getting pregnant? N she took a gap of 18 days n had sex from jan 4th till this day 20th jan..N she did get her menses in this month her date is on 16th . N she had lower n backaches n headache morning sickness n vomiting sensations so she had gone a test on 19th jan that is yesterday night with prega news .. And the result is negative... is it correct? And is is right to have test at the night with prega news? Juz give me the correct answer Wat does I suggest my Frnd as she is so confused whether she is a pregnant or not....
hello Thanks for writing to us with your health concern. It is not possible to have periods if she is pregnant. It is better to test with the early morning urine sample for Preganews. If her period was on the 16th of December, and tested on the 20th of January, it is the right time, as long as she has regular cycles. Take care.
