Can A Person Conceive Despite Using Nuvaring?

Hi if I use nuvaring as directed, Down to the very hour of taking it out and inserting it, basically using it perfectly. What are my chances of becoming pregnant? I am constantly worried and me and my husband want to stop using condoms, I know there is a tiny risk but out of the women who have got pregnant on nuvaring did they use it correctly??

I can understand your concern. Nuvaring is used for contraceptive purposes only and if used correctly, the chances of pregnancy are less than 0.7% per year. But, no contraceptive methods including condoms are 100% safe for contraception.

Thus, if you have inserted Nuvaring, you can stop using condoms and rely on it for contraceptive.
