hi
dobutamine is the best pharmacological support to the heart during diastolic failure
ICD( Intracardiac defibrillator) IS TO REVERT THE POSSIBLE FIBRILLATIONS.
Weaning from dobutamine can be done gradually, if the heart is supportive
newer generation space occupying left ventricular filter devices can be of help.
or pneumatic peripheral compressors, ventricular assist devices can be of help.
take care
