A friend of mine has had one miscarriage and 3 kids all c sections and now out of the blue she has mood swings and feels a baby kick in her tummy both inside and out she says that is the only way she knows how to describe this feeling

Best way to confirm a false negative is an ultrasound. If urine test is negative, then most probably pregnancy is not the case. Do the scan and rule out other pathology.
