Can A Person Take Orofer Xt And Vitamin C To Replenish Blood Post Donation And What Should Be The Dosage ?
i m 24 male.donated blood today.as i m an athlete i need to regain normal hemoglobin amt asap.so i bought orofer xt tablets to increase rate of Hb production and vit c tablets to increase Fe adsorption. did i do d rite thing?hw will i take the tablets (i mean dosage and time of consumption)??
