Can A Person With COPD Get Better Without Taking Spiriva?

I have COPD.
I have been using Spiriva Handihaler 1x daily for about 10 years now and was doing great.
My husband & i retired and our health ins no longer covers Spiriva.
There is no way I can afford to pay $450.00 a month for my Spiriva.
I have Albuterol inhaler and have been using it.
Other than a little more jittery I seem to be able to breathe ok.
Am I going to be ok without Spiriva?

Hello

I can understand your concern but unfortunately COPD is a progressive disease and I am afraid you need Spiriva. However if you don't afford it than you should talk with your doctor to give another inhaler such as Onbrez.
