Hi,
I understand your query.
Immuno suppressive medicines can affect pregnancy, breast feeding but their effect on menstrual cycle is not known.
If your pregnancy test done after 8-10 days delay in menses, you need to get investigated for tracing other cause for your problem.
Blood investigations like CBC, Thyroid function, blood glucose, prolactin level in blood, sonography of pelvis are done to find conditions like anemia, PCOD,High or low thyroid hormone levels, weakness, fibroid uterus.
So, insted of waiting, you should see your gynacologist, get the condition diagnosed & treated.
Thanks
