Can A Pregnancy Test Be Negative But I Still Miss My Period?
Hello doctor, my wife hasnt got her periods yet. Its delayed by 10days now. The pregnancy test came negative so she took mp forte but its already been 2days and still no result. However I asked her to continue taking it.. Please advise me on this and guide me as to what should be done!
Hi, Welcome To HCM & Thanks For Asking Your Query Here
If its been more than 10 days Your wife has missed her period and home pregnancy test are negative than you must go for an medical check up from a gynecologist ,he/She will perform a blood test to rule out pregnancy
False negative home pregnancy tests are common and your wife may or may not be pregnant but MP forte capsule is not medically approved for use in abortion. I do not think it is safe and also it does not cause abortion if you don't want pregnancy ur dr may prescribe pills containing Mifeprestone and misoprostol which are medically approved drugs of choice in this case
finally i would strongly suggest you to see Your Gynecologist , she may go for all necessary medical investigations to rule out underlying medical condition
I hope it help Thanks & Get well Soon
