Can A Pregnancy Test Be Negative But Still Have Missed Periods?

Hi I have missed my period now for at least 70 days. I don t feel any different in myself however after wiping I ve noticed a watery discharge with a slight pale pink . Any idea what could be going on? I ve done a couple of pregnancy tests and all are negative. Thanks

Hello,

Usually in every pregnancy the test is positive unless in the very first days of pregnancy. You say it has been 70 days. You can do an ultrasound or a B HCG blood test. It the last is negative than no actual pregnancy.
