Can A Pregnant Woman Take Microgest Twice A Day?

Hi, I am 13 weeks pregnant . But i have missed abortion in 9 weeks . But i have no feelings . No bleeding no abnominal pain . When i conceive my doctor give me these medicines Microgest 100 mg and Folneed . But in 9 weeks i have missed abortion . But i have no feelings at all .When i grew up in 13 weeks then i take a ultrasono then doctor said the baby has no heart beat from 9 weeks. But still i have no bleeding and no abnominal pain . My reports shows my body conditions shows normal . No complexity at all . My question is Can a pregnant woman take microgest 100 mg twice a day ?

1) You can take microgest during pregnancy.

2) But you dont need any medicines of progesterone as you are at 13 weeks.
