I have a dark puple spot on my penis head slightly smaller than a penny. it started out purple and now it is redish purple. it burns once water hits it in the shower. possibly an std? very confused

It seems that you might have Chancroid,a sexually transmitted disease.
Consult sexologist and go for investigations.
