Can A Quarter Get Lodged Inside A 7 Month Baby?

My daughter is 7mnths and i m not sure but i think she swallowed a quarter. She was gagging and i thought i felt it but she swallowed it. I don t know for sure. Can the quarter get lodged? I m very scared and I need an answer. Should i take her to doctor? She is breathing an dplayoing okay but in the future can something else happen? what signs should i look for?
