Can A Red Scar Near The Head Of The Penis Indicate An STD?

Hey Doc I have an extremely high sex drive, and if im not having sex or know im going to have sex soon, i wank like there is no tomorrow. I was on a different anti depressant to what i am now, and on the previous one, i could not reach orgasm or have much feeling in the pecker. One night i pleasured myself for hours and the head of my penis looked like it had gone 10 rounds with tyson. Ever since, these grazes, war wounds have healed but have left a red scar kind of mark all around the base, of the head of the penis. It also becomes dry, and dry skin can flake away. I have been with one woman all my life and for 13 years, im 29. As far as i know she hasnt slept around but im worried what i have may appear to look like a STD.

The narration of red scar over head of penis after pleasuring for hours indicate self mutilation related tissue damage and secondary inflammation causing scar. Kindly get examined with an expert dermatologist for cure of the same before it gets infected and be sure this is not an STD sign.
