Hello,
In your state, it is not safe to risk your pregnancy with such a rugged journey. Even though you may hold your tummy, you cannot avoid the vibration transmitted to the uterus and this can lead to disturbance. The safest mode of travel in pregnancy is by train. So, I would ask you not to travel. Especially in early pregnancy, as much rest as possible is needed to settle the pregnancy; some amount of travel may be permitted during the mid-trimester. Hope your query has been answered. Wish you good health.
