Can A Right Uterine Fibroid Cause Pain On The Left Side?

Hello, My primary care physician just called to tell me a have a 6.7 cm right uterine fibroid. I have no pain on this side. Can this cause pain on the left side? This is where I feel some pressure. Is this fibroid a serious issue? I also learned that I am severely anemic and have started taking iron. I am planning to make an appointment with my OBGYN tomorrow. Thank you, Kelly

Hello,

You need to evaluate it with your OB-GYN doctor, as the iron level is also low, there is a chance that there is bleeding from a fibroid.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
