It may cause mild pain for a few days, which needs minimal medications But if the symptoms are severe needs immediate medical help.
You should get uah scan to see exact harm caused &be under gynecologists care &observation for needful interference. Do not massage or comment the part.
*Small mass in the wall of uterus is mostly. fibroid uterus. Small fibroids in the wall are mostly not symptomatic.
Only thing is to keep regular trace of its growth. Periodical jag scans under gynecologist's care would suffice. Many times it resolves during the menopausal phase of life.
Treatment depends on size &symptoms. It consists of medicines or surgical removal as per need.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
