Can A Ruptured Ear Drum Be Treated?

What can be done to a left rupture busted ear drum until to can see a ear specialist. Im having a constant ringing sound, I can hear very lightly sound, and voices when being talk to, but also hearing myself talking. Second question: is it ok to, or (not) ok to smoke marijuana .

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the perforated tympanic membrane then surgery is must, with surgery symptoms can be cured, it is not better to have any narcotic it may some time gives such symptom tinnitus hope this information helps.
