Can A Sacrum Bone Injury Cause Its Bending With Constipation And Pain?

I fell on to my tailbone 2 days ago. I fell onto cement onto my elbows and tailbone. I went into urgent care and had an x ray and was told it wasn't broken or fractured. She did say my sacrum is pushed forward but she doesn't know what it looked like before. I've had 3 kids and am not sure if that it a result from childbirth or not so that is my first question is my sacrum tilted forward from the fall or is it possibly from child birth? My other question is that ever since the fall i hadn't passed gas or had a bm. Then this morning i had a bm but it really hurt and i am sure i am constipated. Does this type of injury cause constipation? should i be taking a stool softener? would that be safe since i am breastfeeding 2-3 times a day?
