Hi
Welcome to Healthcare Magic Forum
No , this is not usual. The cause of anemia has to be found. Is there a blood loss- heavy menses etc? Any other symptoms? Please see a physician for a complete check up and investigation. Anemia has numerous causes , some as simple as defiecy of iron in food, some serious as a disorder of bone marrow.
Takecare.
