Dear Doctor , My query is about the sex, I year Back i was indulge in sex with sex worker, that time i use double condom my penis & i think that time iwas effected toilet infection my under area, so i am afraid about that, and it is my first time to get sex, for this duration iam not feeling any fever like that my weight is 73 ,iam in25 age.now iam feeling cough problem its coming littile every time & dribbling of urine after bath & feel burning ,stoping urine.(Ithink its happen before contact sex also) or it happens some times during so plz clarified my Query

Hello,
The symptoms that you mention of burning and dribbling of urine could be suggestive of Urinary tract infection. Drink plenty of water, visit your family physician and get a urine test done.
Since you have mentioned that you get these attacks regualry, better to undergo a thorough investigation.

As regards the HIV infection, since you were wearing a condom, the chances of getting infected seems slim . But please do not take this kind of risk in future as you may not be lucky a second time. If this thought is giving you sleepless nights, get yourself tested for HIV as well from a reputed lab. Discuss this with your family doctor.

You could be having an urinary tract infection now or prostatitis. It could not be any STD due to the episode of sex last year .But there are chances that you could be infected with HIV , though very low.I advise you to visit your Physician/Urologist and get examined .You can opt for HIV screening test to know your HIV status .
Meanwhile keep drinking lots o water.
