Can A Single Extra Dose Of Amoxicillin Trihydrate Cause Any Side Effect?

I may have taken a single extra dose of amoxicillin trihydrate, prescribed to me two days ago for an ear infection, but I cannot remember if I took one prior to it. I have no idea if this is going to affect me or not, but I haven t experienced any side effects so far. Should I leave it, and keep an eye on any symptoms?
