Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

A sinus infection can cause gum pain. You probably have a chest infection. You can take an antibiotic tablet Augmentin.

Have steam inhalation through mouth and nose and also take Levocetirizine medicine for 3 weeks.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Rajat Basak
