Can A Small Cyst In Left Sigmoid Sinuses Cause Facial And Neck Tension?

Hi. Ive had facial, neck and head tension for many years. Been to numerous different drs. Years ago i had a cat scan done of my sinuse and was told that i had a small cyst in left syneoid sinus and ostiomeatal units were obstructed bilaterally. The person reading results said this didnt mean much and would not be causing pain. To me it sounds like something not good. Any ideas?

Hello,

The facial and neck tension indicate raised intracranial tension, underlying nerve compression or else responsible for symptoms. Usually small cyst in sigmoid sinus does not provoke devastating symptoms, though clinical co relation with report details of surrounding tissue damage in terms of altered echo texture and else are essential to discuss further.

Kindly provide me MRI plates for follow up discussion in this instance.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
