Can A Small Hard Ball In Butt Be Dead Fat Cells Or Something Serious?

Around two years ago i was bit by a spider on my butt check (i'm 99% certain it was a spider there were two distinct fang marks). It was never really painful unless i sat on it. At first the area swelled up and hardened. The swelling reduced significantly but now i am left with a small hard ball in my butt check. Is this just dead fat cells? or something more serious?
