I m 24 years old low T 2.22 after ultra sound Can a spermatocele reduce and lower testosterone production in the body and low sperm count?low testosterone for spermatocele can it s be reverse?please sir give clear and brief for understan actual problem for low sperm and low T.

Spermatocele is a scanning diagnosis. It usually doesn't reduce testosterone and sperm production. You need a direct check up with a urologist to confirm spermatocele and other causes of low testosterone.
