Can A Stomach Injury Causes Purple Red Urine?

son was kicked quite hard in stomach last evening during his kickboxing training...with 3mins he was sparing again.........today i noticed a light purple/red type of colour in his urine..he is not complaining about this..........should he go to hospital straight away or will a sample be ok to take tomorrow..thank you

Thanks for your query.

History of blood in urine with the history of kick in the abdomen in spite of any symptoms has to be taken seriously.
You should take him to the ER or the Hospital to get a confirmed diagnosis.

I would suggest you the following ::
Admit
investigations of blood, urine.
Ultrasonography and CT scan to confirm if there is anything of concern.

He may not any active treatment at the moment but has to be under observations
