Can A Toe Cut Causing Pain, Fluids, Pus And Swelling Be Treated?

I picked at the left side of my big toe thinking it was ingrown but I cut some of the skin while picking at it an now it hurts really bad an is more watery than pussy. I am wondering if the pain I am exoeriencing is from the cut rubbing on my other toe when I walk or have any movement. It is a Little red an swollen. I have been cleaning with peroxide an putting neosporin on for the past 2 days.. Do I just need to keep doing this an try not to irritate it anymore? What's a quick remedy? It almost feels like a blister
