Can A Tumour In Pancreas Be Seen On A CT Scan?

Dr. My aunt has been loosing weight for abt 8 months now, primary care sent her for tests 4weeks ago nobody contacted her she went to se the dr again yesterday cuz she hasn t been feeling good with abdominal pain her dr said there was a spot on her pancreas yet all her labs are normal. could that spot be cancer even thought her labs are normal?

I really appreciate your concern, malignant condition could cause the weight loss but it should be confirmed other systemic diseases may cause the weight loss if diagnosed finally, if nothing is like that then it could be some functional disease, in absence of these, no need to worry about this, hope this information helps.
