Can A Woman With Ruptured Ovarian Cyst Travel?

My daughter is in thailand and had a ruptured ovarian cyst and was hospitalised and found out she has another huge cyst bigger than her utereus and my question is will she be safe to carry on her trip or return to her own country and have surgery and is she safe to fly long haul

welcome to hcm...ruptured ovarian cyst is a surgical emergency ..i will never advise any person with such condition to travel ..she may need surgery in her present place where she is ..in travel her condition may deteriorate midair ..
