Can A Yeast Infection Cause Stomach Aches And Painful Breasts?

I just started my period yesterday but before that I got a yeast infection and felt really sick a few days ago with a stomach ache. I have green veins visible mostly on my stomach and breasts and they are aching. I have another big stomach ache that is more painful. I m not sure what to think what it is.
