Can Abdominal Pain,back Pain And Dizziness Be Symptom Of Pregnancy?

hi I'm 25 5'4 and weight 160 into stomach has been hurting abdominal pain my cycle time is 28 days I had one on the 22 last month bt it feels like I'm having pregnancy symptoms. vomiting back pain dizziness and tired when will be a good time to check I never had pains like this.

I understand your problem , symptoms are only subjective sign so to confirm pregnancy go for urine pregnancy test, if urine test is negative go for ultrasound for confirmation or to rule out pregnancy.
Best time to do urine test after 2 to 3 days when you miss your period and for ultrasound when you are overdue for 15 days.

I think i have understood your concern.
If you have regular cycles I will suggest to get morning's first sample tested for pregnancy once you cross your expected date of menses.
Vomiting and other symptoms can be due to some digestive system disturbance.
You can take Cap PAN D to treat vomiting , or TAb CYCLOPAM for abdominal pain as needed.
