welcome to Health care magic.

1.Yes you can have an medical termination of pregnancy after non visualisation / felt heart beat at 9 weeks gestation.
2.Some time depending on the condition of your gestation sac - with collapsed, irregularly attached to the uterine wall amy need a D&C (dilatation and curettage) after the medical
3.Sinece you have a risk factor for abortions - post myomectomy surgery, i would suggest to take good rest and regular followup in next pregnancy.
4.In your case better consult your doctor and get the needful things done - don't go for abortion on your own. Good luck.

Hope it helps you. Wish you a good health.
