Can Acai Pills Along With Green Tea Pills Lower Cholesterol Levels?

my cholesterol wa 5.8 which my dr wasnt happy about, 6 months later it was 5.2 and he asked me what had changed? i said nothing had changed, but when i got home i remembered i had been taking acai pills along with green tea pills is it possible one of those could of lowered it? if so which one is the more likely to have helped
