Can Accidental Overdose Of Lovenox Administration Cause Damage To Organs?

I have been on Lovenox for 2 weeks now, I am allergic to Coumadin. I am supposed to take one 60 mg. shot every 12 hours. For the past week now, due to confusion on my part, I have taken 240 mg. everyday. I have had bleeding from the injection site. Have I done serious damage to my organs?
