Can Accupuncture Cure Spondylosis?

dear doctor,

I am 50 year old female suffering of spondylsis.Some times its so severe that I am not even able to stand because of giddiness,afew days ago I got a slight swelling on the left side of my neck on the shoulder,some suggessted to go for accupunture but please suggest
