Can Adderall Be Stopped After Being On Weed?

Went to the doctor for add and was prescribed to adderall xr, told the doc i smoke weed and no other drugs. He made me take a drug test and I failed for pot, but this is after i have the prescription. in a month i go back since it is a controlled substance. I have a few questions:) is weed a good enough reason for the doc to cut me off of adderall?<2) will I be drug tested at the next appointment again?

Q-1 No,Adderall is prescribed for ADHD and should not be stop in patients with cannabis use .
Q-2 Yes urine screening for illicit drugs should be done
